Refund and Returns Policy
At EmOcean Coastal Wear, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
