Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided when available and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow time for carrier systems to update tracking information after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
EmOcean Coastal Wear is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.
If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows unusual delays or a package appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
While we will work with the carrier to investigate delivery issues, final delivery determinations are subject to carrier policies and procedures.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.
Returned shipments are reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis.
